THIS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO HARNETT COUNTY AND EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT OF 1.25 TIMES THE ENTIRE COST, AS ESTIMATED BY THE OWNER/DEVELOPER AND APPROVED COUNTY Public Utilities: HCDPU must complete the final inspections and testing of the water and sewer line extensions installed to serve Stage 2 Phase 1 of the Anderson Creek Club Patio homes (aka Phase 2). The Professional Engineer (PE) must submit the As-Built Record Drawings, PE Certifications and Cost Statement to HCDPU for the new water and Public Utilities: sewer collection lines installed in this phase of the subdivision. ANDERSON CREEK STAGE II PH1 DECISION PACKET 3/13/2009 1 The Professional Engineer (PE) must submit the As-Built Record Drawings and PE Certification to NCDENR-DWQ for the final approval of the sewer  collection lines installed in this phase of the subdivision. Public Utilities Final Approval must be issued by NCDENR-PWSS for the new water lines Public Utilities before any meters may be installed in Stage 2 Phase 1 of the Anderson Creek Club Patio homes (aka Phase 2).  Public Utilities Final Approval must be issued by NCDENR-DWQ for the new sewer lines and the sewer lift station before any meters may be installed in Stage Phase 1 of the Anderson Creek Club Patio homes (aka Phase 2).    LONG RANGE CONDITIONS The following conditions must be satisfied Public Utilities: The Developer must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the new water lines and sewer collection lines and associated appurtenances that serve this subdivision once the final approvals have been issued NCDENR-PWSS and NCDENR-DWQ and the water and sewer lines have been accepted by HCDPU.  :  :  :  :  :  :  :  :  :  :     ANDERSON CREEK STAGE II PH1 DECISION PACKET 3/13/2009 2 Development Review Board Chairman If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you the next business day. If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. If HELD, you must submit 10 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning Staff to discuss other potential options.
