Comments: The new water lines installed on Hawk Ridge Drive were approved by Harnett County
Department of Public Utilities (HCDPU) under Phase 1 of the Anderson Creek Club Townhomes. The
water
and sewer lines in Phase 2 of the Anderson Creek Club Townhomes have not been approved yet.
Phase 1 of the Anderson Creek Club Townhomes are served by six (6") inch water main that has been
approved by HCDPU and the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Public
Water Supply Section (NCDENR-PWSS) under Tracking # 04-00077.
Sewer
Public sewer is available for this development (via Harnett County)
Comments: The new sewer collection lines installed on Hawk Ridge Drive were approved by Harnett
County Department of Public Utilities (HCDPU) under Phase 1 of the Anderson Creek Club Townhomes.
The sewer lines in Phase 1 of the Anderson Creek Club Townhomes were permitted under WQ0023512.
The permit # WQ0023512 was certified by the PE in February 2007 and the sewer system may be placed
into operation.
The developer will not be allowed to record another map for the Anderson Creek Club – Townhomes
(Phase 1) until Harnett County Department of Public Utilities (HCDPU) and North Carolina Department of
Environment and Natural Resources - Division of Water Quality (NCDENR-DWQ) receive the PE
Certification on the form that is found on the last page of the sewer collection system permit #
WQ0023512 for that subdivision or phase. The correct PE Certification should be completed and
submitted
to HCDPU and NCDENR-DWQ. In addition, the PE Certification and As-Built Record Drawings have not
been submitted to the NCDENR - Division of Water Quality (NCDENR-DWQ) and these documents should
be forwarded to the attention of Trent Allen at the following address:

The developer has tentatively made plans to request approval for the final plat at the next Harnett
County
Development Review Board meeting scheduled for February 14, 2007. The developer will be allowed
to record the next map for this project. Should you have any questions concerning this information

The sewer collection lines in Phase 2 of the Anderson Creek Club Townhomes have not been permitted
with NCDENR-DWQ or approved by HCDPU.
NOTE: HCDPU provides this information as a curteousy to the developer and professional engineer for
design purposes. However, HCDPU cannot be held liable for errors, mistakes, ommissions, and
inaccurate
information provided through this preliminary approval process. It is therefore recommended that the
engineer or developer "field verify" the information provided by HCDPU prior to purchasing, grading,
excavating, clearing, or developing the subject property. HCDPU will not make provisions to extend new
water lines to new developments at the county's expense and HCDPU will not provide assistance to
upgrade, install or improve the new or existing water services in the proximity of this project unless the
developer can provide HCDPU proper justification and demonstrate a benefit for Harnett County.

CONDITIONS:
SHORT TERM: The professional engineer has submitted the As-Built Record Drawings and proper PE
Certification for the sewer collection line(s) permit WQ0023512 to NCDENR-DWQ to release the
Harnett
County HOLD on this project.
LONGE RANGE: The professional engineer must submit the plans, engineer's report, project
specfications for the water and sewer collection line(s) in Phase 2 of the Anderson Creek Club
Townhomes have not been permitted with NCDENR-DWQ or approved by HCDPU.
