REQUEST
The applicant is making two requests.
The first Request the applicant wishes to revise the overall outline development
plan for the Anderson Creek Golf Course PUD. Specifically, the applicant is
proposing to add 56 Patio Homes with .64ac additional open space, further the
applicant would like to update the plan by showing 80 Town Homes which have
already received preliminary approval with the original plan. This revision will
also include updating lot numbers and Phase Lines for existing and proposed
development.
The second request the applicant is seeking preliminary approval for the
additional 56 patio homes in and area previously labeled as future development on
the original outline development plan. See plat for Patio home details.
