HARNETT COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL SESSION, JANUARY 24, 1992
The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on 1
Friday, January 24, 1992, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, County
Office Building, Lillington, North Carolina, with the following
members present: Mack Reid Hudson, Bill Shaw, Walt Titchener,
Beatrice Bailey Hill, and Chairman Lloyd G. Stewart presiding. Others
present were Dallas H. Pope, County Manager; W. Glenn Johnson, County
Attortley; Vanessa W. Young, Finance Officer and Clerk to the Board;

SOCIAL SERVICES Dall'as H. Pope, dounty Manager presented for the Board's consideration
BUDGET A}IENDMENT a request for a budget amendment for the Department of Social
Services. Jack Bryan, Social Services Director, provided information
concerning day care services. The following people provided comments
and answered questions from the Board members:
