The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in a special session on Friday, May
28, 2004, in the Personnel conference room, County Administration Building, 102
East Front Street, Lillington, North Carolina.

Staff present:
Neil Emory, County Manager
Vanessa W. Young, Finance Officer
Wm. A. (Tony) Wilder, Assistant County Manager
Kay S. Blanchard, Clerk to the Board
Chairman Byrd called the meeting to order at 11 :30 a.m. and called on Neil Emory,
Budget Officer. Mr. Emory led a review and discussion of the proposed FY 2004-05
Harnett County Budget in a work session format.
There being no further business, the meeting recessed at 12:45 p.m. to reconvene
Wednesday, June 2, 2004, in the personnel conference room, County Administration
Building.
