The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in a reconvened session on Friday,
May 21, 2004, in the Personnel conference room, County Administration Building, 102
East Front Street, Lillington, North Carolina.
Members present: Teddy J. Byrd, Chairman
Beatrice B. Hill, Vice Chairman
Dan B. Andrews
Walt Titchener
Commissioner Tim McNeill was absent.
Staff present:
Neil Emory, County Manager
W. A. (Tony) Wilder, Assistant County Manager
Vanessa W. Young, Finance Officer
Kay S. Blanchard, Clerk to the Board
Chairman Byrd called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. and called on Neil Emory,
Budget Officer. Mr. Emory led a review and discussion of.the proposed FY 2004-05
Harnett County Budget in a work session format.
There being no further business, the meeting recessed at 11 :00 a.m. to reconvene at 9:00
a.m., Tuesday, May 25, 2004 in the Department on Aging conference room,
Governmental Complex, Lillington, North Carolina.
