The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Wednesday, May
10, 2006, in the Human Resources Conference Room, County Administration Building,
102 East Front Street, Lillington, North Carolina.
Members present: Teddy J. Byrd, Chairman
Beatrice B. Hill, Vice Chairman
Dan B. Andrews
Walt Titchener
Commissioner Tim McNeill was absent.
Staff present: Neil Emory, County Manager & Budget Officer
Wm. A. (Tony) Wilder, Assistant County Manager
Vanessa W. Young, Finance Officer
Kay S. Blanchard, Clerk to the Board
Others present: Gary House
Chairman Byrd called the meeting to order at 11:30 and Commissioner Andrews led the
invocation.
Mr. Emory led a review and discussion of the proposed FY 2006-2007 Harnett County
Budget in a work session format.
There being no further business, the Harnett County Board of Commissioners special
meeting, May 10, 2006, adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
