Minutes of Special Meeting
January 30, 2006
The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Monday, January
30, 2006, at Marshbanks Dining Hall, Campbell University, Buies Creek, North Carolina.
Members present: Teddy J. Byrd, Chairman
Beatrice B. Hill, Vice Chairman
Dan B. Andrews
Walt Titchener
Tim McNeill
Staff: Neil Emory, County Manager
Chairman Byrd called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
Mr. Emory presented for the Board’s consideration, a “Resolution Amending Harnett
County Capital Improvement Plan to Include a Parks and Recreation Capital Budget and
Approve the Financing or the Harnett County Cape Fear River Trail Park at Erwin”.
Commissioner Titchener moved to adopt the resolution as presented. Commissioner Hill
seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. (Attachment 1)
There being no further business the special meeting, January 30, 2006 adjourned.
