REQUEST FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF THE DUNN CITY COUNCIL
In accordance with N. C. G. S. 160A-71 and 143-318.12 et. seq., the undersigned hereby
requests a special meeting of the Dunn City Council to be held on Thursday, May 27, 2021
at 6:00 p, m, at the Dunn Municipal Building, 401 E. Broad Street, Dunn, NC.
The purpose of the meeting is:
To hold a Closed Session to instruct the staff concerning the negotiation of the price and
terms of a contract concerning the acquisition of real property in accordance with [N.C.G.S.
143-318.11(a) (5)].

§160A- 71(b) (2),1 am hereby submitting written waiver of notice.
