The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Tuesday, May
31, 2005, in the Human Resources Conference Room, County Administration
Building, 102 East Front Street, Lillington, North Carolina.
Members present: Teddy J. Byrd, Chairman
Dan B. Andrews
Tim McNeill
Walt Titchener
Commissioner Beatrice B. Hill joined the meeting at 2:00 p.m.
Staff present: Neil Emory, County Manager
Wm. A. (Tony) Wilder, Assistant County Manager
Vanessa W. Young, Finance Officer
Kay S. Blanchard, Clerk to the Board
Others present: Dave Chatellier, citizen
Wayne Milbauer, citizen
Kathy McDonald, The Sanford Herald
Chairman Byrd called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m. and called on Neil Emory,
Budget Officer. Mr. Emory led a review and discussion of the proposed FY 2005-
2006 Harnett County Budget in a work session format.
There being no further business, the Harnett County Board of Commissioners budget
workshop, May 31, 2005 adjourned at 2:15 p.m.
