special session on Tuesday, October 27,2009, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, County
Administrative Building, 102 East Front Street, Lillington,North Carolina.

Chairman McNeill, call the meeting of the Harnett County Board of Commissioners to order at
7:00 pm. Chair Donna McNeil called the Harnett County Board of Education membership to
order. Commissioner Gary House led the pledge of allegiance and invocation.

Vice Chairman Hill moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Commissioner Andrews,the
meeting was adjourned.
