The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Tuesday, March 30,
2010, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, County Administrative Building, 102 East Front
Street, Lillington,North Carolina.

Chairman McNeill called the meeting to order at 9:00 am and led the pledge of allegiance and
invocation.
