The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in Special Session—Planning Retreat on
Thursday and Friday, February 10 & 11,2011 Raven Rock State Park, 3009 Raven Rock Road,
Lillington,NC.

Chairman Timothy B. McNeill called the meeting to order at 9:0 am and led the pledge of
allegiance and invocation.

Commissioner Andrews moved that the Board go into closed session to discuss and consider
personnel matters. This motion is made pursuant to N.C. General Statute Section 143-
' 318.11(a)(6). Vice Chairman Hill seconded the motion which passed unanimously.
