Members present: Timothy B. McNeill, Chairman
Beatrice B. Hill, Vice Chairman
Dan B. Andrews, Commissioner
Gary House,Commissioner
Jim Burgin, Commissioner
Staff present: Scott Sauer, County Manager
Tony Wilder,Deputy County Manager
Dwight Snow, Staff Attorney
Sylvia Blinson,Finance Officer
Margaret Regina Wheeler, Clerk to the Board
Chairman Timothy B. McNeill called the meeting to order at 8:30 am and led the pledge of
allegiance and invocation.
Commissioners and staff continued to discuss the FY 2011-2012 budget including Harnett
County Schools Capital outlay and bulk sewer rates charged to the towns. Mr. Sauer distributed
FY 2011-2012 Budget Work Session Summaries and recommendations for review and
discussion.
Commissioner Andrews moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:27 am. Vice Chairman Hill
seconded the motion that passed unanimously.
