The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Tuesday, January 27,
2015, in the County Manager's Conference Room, County Administration Building, 102 East
Front Street, Lillington, North Carolina.

Chairman Burgin called the meeting to order at 9:00 am. Vice Chairman Springle led the pledge
of allegiance and invocation.
Commissioners and staff reviewed and discussed the following items on the agenda:
➢ Request to fund an Assistant District Attorney, District Attorney Vernon K. Stewart
➢ State of the County Health Report, Health Director John Rouse
D Economic Development Update, Economic Development Director Nick Dula

D County Manager's Report: February rd Regular Meeting Agenda Review
➢ Adjourn
Following the meeting, commissioners interviewed two at a time and individually with McGill Associates
with respect to reviewing and evaluating the organization, management, and financial status of the
County's water and wastewater enterprise fund
Commissioner Elmore moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:59 am. Commissioner McKoy
seconded the motion that passed
