The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Tuesday, September 13,
2011, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, County Administration Building, 102 East Front
Street, Lillington,North Carolina.

Dan B. Andrews, Commissioner
Gary House, Commissioner
Jim Burgin, Commissioner
Staff present: Scott Sauer, County Manager
Tony Wilder, Deputy County Manager
Dwight Snow, County Attorney
Jennifer Slusser, Staff Attorney
Sylvia Blinson, Finance Officer
Margaret Regina Wheeler, Clerk to the Board
Chairman McNeill called the meeting to order at 9:00 am and led the pledge of allegiance and
invocation.
The following agenda was before the Board:

2) Finance Officer's Report
3) UDO Project Update,Planning Department
4) County Manager's Report: a) Mid-Carolina COG update
b) Commons Area Use Policy
5)—Closed-Session There was no closed session.
Commissioner Andrews moved to adjourn the meeting at 11:50 am. Vice Chairman Hill
seconded the motion that passed unanimously.
