The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Tuesday, October 11,
2011, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, County Administration Building, 102 East Front
Street, Lillington,North Carolina.

Chairman McNeill called the meeting to order at 9:00 am and led the pledge of allegiance and
invocation.

Commissioner Andrews moved to adjourn the meeting at 11:03 am. Vice Chairman Hill
seconded the motion that passed unanimously._
