The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Tuesday,November 1,
2011, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, County Administration Building, 102 East Front
Street, Lillington,North Carolina.

Chairman McNeill called the meeting to order at 9:00 am and led the pledge of allegiance and
invocation.

Vice-Chairman Hill moved that the Board go into closed session to discuss certain personnel
matters. This motion is made pursuant to N.C. General Statute Section 143-318.11(a)(6).
Commissioner Andrews seconded the motion which passed unanimously.
Commissioner Burgin moved that the Board come out of closed session. Commissioner
Andrews seconded the motion which passed unanimously.
Commission Andrews moved to adjourn the meeting at 11:42 am. The motion was seconded by
Vice Chairman Hill and passed unanimously.._
