The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Tuesday,December 29,
2011, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, County Administration Building, 102 East Front
Street, Lillington,North Carolina.
Members present: Timothy B. McNeill, Chairman
Beatrice B. Hill,Vice Chairman
Dan B. Andrews, Commissioner
Gary House, Commissioner
Jim Burgin, Commissioner
Staff present: Scott Sauer, County Manager
Tony Wilder, Deputy County Manager
Dwight Snow, Staff Attorney
Sylvia Blinson, Finance Officer
Margaret Regina Wheeler, Clerk
Chairman McNeill called the meeting to order at 9:00 am
The following agenda was before the Board:
1) Joint Meeting with the Harnett County Board of Education:
a) Review school demographics and projections
b) Capital Needs
c) Status of Highland land purchase
d) School Construction Financing Options,Davenport Advisors
2) December 5,2011 Agenda Review
3) Closed Session There was no closed session.
4) Lunch and FEMA Drill at EOC
Vice Chairman Hill moved to adjourn the meeting at 11:16 am. Commissioner Andrews
seconded the motion that passed unanimously.__ _
