The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Tuesday,August 14,
2012, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, County Administration Building, 102 East Front
Street, Lillington,North Carolina.

Chairman McNeill called the meeting to order at 9:00 am and led the pledge of allegiance and

Vice Chairman Hill moved that the Board go in to closed session to discuss certain personnel
matters. This motion is made pursuant to NC General Statute Section 143-318.11(a). Chairman
McNeill seconded the motion which passed 3 to 0.
Vice Chairman moved that the Board come out of closed session. Chairman McNeill seconded
the motion and the meeting was immediately adjourned.
