Wesley Sills April Gaulden Frank McLean Billy Tart Chuck Tumage City Manager Steven Neuschafer The public is hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Dunn will hold their Budget Planning Retreat on Friday, February 19, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the Harnett Room at the Hotel Ballast located at 301 N Water Street in Wilmington NC. The purpose of the meeting is to develop goals and objectives for the Fiscal Year 2021-2022; and a Closed Session is scheduled - if called, the General Statute(s) allowing the Closed Session will be cited in the motion. SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING MEETING ACCESS DUE TO STATE OF EMERGENCY Due to Covid-19, in -person access to the Budget Retreat is very limited and any attendance must be coordinated with the City Clerk, in advance, no later than February 16, 2021. The Retreat will be recorded and made available upon request. A representative from The Daily Record has been invited to attend. There will not be a Public Comment Period at this meeting.
