The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Friday, May 30,
2008, in the Commissioners Conference Room, County Administration Building, 102
East Front Street, Lillington,North Carolina.

Staff present: Neil Emory, County Manager
Vanessa W. Young, Finance Officer
Kay S. Blanchard, Clerk to the Board
Guest: Frances Avery, candidate for county commissioner
Chairman Byrd called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.
Mr. Emory led a review and discussion of the proposed FY 2008-2009 Budget in a work
session format.
There being no further business, the Harnett County Board of Commissioners special
me ting, May 30, 2008 adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
