The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Tuesday, May 13,
2008, in the Commissioners Conference Room, County Administration Building, 102
East Front Street, Lillington,North Carolina.

Chairman Byrd called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Mr. Emory led a review and discussion of the proposed FY 2008-09 Budget in a work
session format.
