The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Thursday, August 14, 2008, in the Commissioners Conference Room, County Administration Building, 102 East Front Street,
Lillington, North Carolina.
Members present: Beatrice B. Hill, Vice Chairman
Dan B. Andrews
Tim McNeill
Staff present: Wm. A. (Tony) Wilder, Assistant County Manager
Vanessa W. Young, Finance Officer
Kay S. Blanchard, Clerk to the Board
Vice Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. and Commissioner McNeill led the invocation.
Vanessa W. Young, Finance Officer, presented for the Board’s consideration a Bond Order Authorizing the Issuance of Taxable Enterprise Systems Revenue Bonds. Commissioner McNeill moved
to adopt the Bond Order. Commissioner Andrews seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. (Attachment 1)
Ms. Young presented for the Board’s consideration a Resolution Authorizing the Approval, Execution and Delivery of Various Documents in Connection with the Issuance of Taxable Enterprise
Systems Revenue Bonds, Series 2008. Commissioner McNeill moved to adopt the resolution. Commissioner Andrews seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. (Attachment 2)
There being no further business, Commissioner McNeill moved to adjourn. Commissioner Andrews seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. The Harnett County Board of Commissioners
