Hi Fleet,
Based on the proposed 81 lots for Cross link Place Phase 4 and the 2017
AADT (3 percent was added for 2018) roadway improvements should not be
required. A driveway permit for phase 4 is required. If additional
access is granted down Yogi Drive or Roger Lane then an additional
driveway permit will be required for SR 1441 (Chalybeate Springs Road).
If additional information is required please advise.

Working on a preliminary layout for possible Crosslink Phase (see
attached). Wanted to get an idea of any DOT requirements (ie lane
widening on Chalybeate Springs?) Owner is trying to get another access
down Yogi Drive or Roger Pearson Lane for emergency vehicles only
(gravel drive). Let me know what you think.
