I am writing to let you and the board know that I am strongly opposed to the Cross Link Drive variance outlined in the referenced plan. My neighbors in Cross Link share my concerns.
The street is not equipped to handle the additional traffic that would come with the new sub-division. There are alternate routes that should be used, even if it means the developer
has to pay for clearing and paving a new entrance for the new houses. I will be out of town during the public hearing about this issue, but I hope my comments will be taken into consideration
and this variance plan will be denied.
