neighboring rezoningGood morning! We’ve had a request for rezoning; site show below. It is currently zoned Residential Agriculture, with the request to Commercial (potential car lot). Our Land Use Plan classifies this area as low density Agricultural. According to the Land Use map I found online, Johnston Co’s classification of this SW portion of Johnston is Secondary Growth Area. So, I was wondering if you could send me some info/ a definition on this classification? Along with our classification of this area, Johnston’s info could help with the staff’s & the Boards’ determinations, etc. Please let me know if more info or discussion is needed.
