rezoning info to GIS
Good morning!
Attached is info on an approved rezoning from the October 15th Harnett
County Board of Commissioners meeting. This may seem a bit late coming
over to your office, but we were waiting for the applicant to complete
minor subdivision process so a map with true info could be used to
complete this process.
Zoning Change: Case # PLAN1808-0001
Landowner: Moses & Melanie Farmer; Pin #0518-91-0268.000; From RA-30 to
Commercial Zoning District;
Intersection of NC Hwy 27 West & SR # 1238 (Springhill Church Road);
Upper Little River Township
In the future, if you would rather me just send over notification when
the BoC approval is granted I can do that too. Whichever seems to work
best for y’all is what we can do.
