OTHERS PRESENT: Theresa Jones, Recording Secretary, Landon Chandler; Development Services
CALL TO ORDER: Jay Sikes, Development Services called the meeting to order at 9:00 am.
WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings.

OLD BUSINESS:
A.THE MANORS@LEXINGTON PLANTATION PART 2C- MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Fleet Temple, Enoch Engineering represented the application and discussions were made by the
board.
Decision: Tammy Ward; GIS/911 Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to
