BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Jay Sikes; Development Services, Clint Williams; GIS/ E911 Addressing Department, Shane Cummings; Public Utilities, Banks Wallace; Fire Marshall, Amanda Bader;
County Engineer, Oliver Tolksdorf; Environmental Health
OTHERS PRESENT: Theresa Jones, Recording Secretary
CALL TO ORDER: Jay Sikes, Development Services called the meeting to order at 9:00 am.
WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings.

PUBLIC COMMENT ( 30 MINUTES)
OLD BUSINESS:
V. NEW BUSINESS:
A. CROSS LINK PHASE III- MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. No one represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
Decision: Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Shane Cummings, Public Utilities seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote
to conditionally approve the plat. (SEE CROSS LINK PHASE III DECISION PACKET).
B. SOUTH CREEK - MAJOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Scott Brown, 4D Site Solutions represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
