OTHERS PRESENT: Theresa Jones, Recording Secretary
CALL TO ORDER: Jay Sikes, Development Services called the meeting to order at 9:00 am.
WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings.

OLD BUSINESS:
V. NEW BUSINESS:
A. WOODGROVE- MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Jim Chandler, Timmons Group represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
Decision: Tammy Ward, GIS/E-911Addresses made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Shane Cummings, Public Utilities seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally
approve the plat. (WOODGROVE DECISION PACKET).
B. TEE TOP- MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. No one represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
