On June 26, 2018 I made an on-site visit to 2741 Ponderosa Drive in Cameron North
Carolina. The purpose of this visit was to verify the thickness of the 24'x 25' concrete
pad that will be used for the installation of a light weight metal storage building.
The 24'x25' has a minimum thickness of 6" and is in good condition. However I will
recommend that 5/8"redhead bolts be install @ 5' O.C. and 12"of all comers around the
per minter of the pad.
