There are several items that need to be addressed before any permits can be issued: 1. Is lot 10 the correct lot? I believe the project was to affect lots 4, 7, and 12/13. 2. Have lots 12 and 13 been recombined? I would like to see a recorded map to verify this. 3. Why is the building on lot 6 (215 Progress Drive) being labeled as removed? It is still there. What bearing does that have on this project? 4. 1 cannot issue an existing tank permit for lot 7 until the facility that is being served by that septic system has a new one in place. 5. 1 need an application from the owner of lot 4 asking for the system to be relocated. Its his system that is being relocated. 6. The application must have all necessary information including a recorded map showing an easement for the system or a blanket easement for the lot where the system is being proposed. 7. If there is to be a road crossing permission from DOT must be granted in writing, if the road is not being maintained by DOT then the permission must come from the responsible party, also in writing. Please have the involved parties provide this information so we can move forward with the permitting process.
