RE-ANCHOR THEBAFFLES IF WATER IS FLOWING UNDERNEATH OR AROUND THEM.6.PERIODICALLY CHECK THE SKIMMER AND THE ORIFICE FORCLOGGING; IF CLOGGED, DISLODGE AND REMOVE THE DEBRIS.7.CHECK THE STRUCTURE FOR DAMAGE FROM EROSION OR PIPING.PERIODICALLY CHECK THE DEPTH OF THE SPILLWAY TO ENSURE IT ISA MINIMUM OF 1.5 FEET BELOW THE LOW POINT OF THE EMBANKMENT . 8.IMMEDIATELY FILL ANY SETTLEMENT OF THE EMBANKMENT TOSLIGHTLY ABOVE DESIGN GRADE. ANY RIPRAP DISPLACED FROM THESPILLWAY MUST BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY.9.AFTER ALL SEDIMENT-PRODUCING AREAS HAVE BEEN PERMANENTLYSTABILIZED, REMOVE THE STRUCTURE AND ALL UNSTABLE SEDIMENT.10.SMOOTH THE AREA TO BLEND WITH THE ADJOINING AREAS, ANDSTABILIZE PROPERLY
