This agenda item is a request for an appeal to the Harnett County Development Review Board’s (DRB) decision, as per Article XII, Section 4.2 of the Harnett County Unified Development
Ordinance.
Included within you packet are the Appeal applications, the DRB applications and review comments, maps, as well as applicable UDO articles and DRB structural information. Also on page
12 of your packet, details can be found of why these applications were placed on “HOLD”. This memo was included as an attachment to each comment sheet at the DRB’s January 10th meeting.
Just an FYI….County legal representation will be in attendance for guidance.
