We are pleased to provide the evaluation of the subject and location referenced above.
Observations:
Builder has requested the review of the following:
-The CMU wall at the front right corner of the house was laid out 1'short per the plans.2x 10 floor
joists span approximately 10.5'with a I'cantilever and are spaced 16"O.C.Builder has installed 2x10
blocking in between the joists over the CMU wall.
Recommendations:
Based on our on-site observations and review:
-The floor joists referenced above are adequate as-is to support the anticipated loading conditions.No
further action is required.
