The above referenced site was observed on March 19, 2018 for the following items:
1. Verify header above crawl access.
Based on analysis, the conclusions regarding the condition(s) are:
1. The builder has provided a 2-2x 10 header across the crawl access opening. There is floor
and roof load as well as a point load at this location. The 2-2x10 header is adequate to
support the imposed loads. No action is required.
