Re: House Wrap at 7163 Hwy 210 S., Bunnlevel, NC 28323
To Whom it May Concern:
On Friday, May 11, Jenkins Consulting Engineers performed a site inspection at the subject
location. The purpose of the inspection was to determine if the house wrap has been properly
installed.

As seen in the photos above, the contractor has started installing the siding on the exterior of
the house. But there is evidence that confirms the house was properly wrapped. The exposed
window is sealed properly, and you can see at all openings where the wrap was cut, pulled
through, and fastened, typical of conventional construction, and similar to other jobs that the
contractor has completed. JCE can safely say that based on visual inspection, the house has
been properly wrapped and sealed, prior to the installation of the siding.
JCE uses the generally accepted practices and principles of the profession. JCE expresses its
opinion based on visual observation of the current condition of the structure as it relates to the
condition as it was originally constructed. If any other conditions other than those assumed by
Jenkins Consulting Engineers. PA Fayetteville,North. Carolina
