Thank you for submitting the fire alarm addition plans. The request for change has been
carefully reviewed by a qualified code enforcement official to examine for compliance
with the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code and all other fire protection regulatory
documents. There are some items that need to be addressed before a final inspection of
the new panel can be given. These items are outlined and described below.
® Fire Alarm System Upgrade Notes
All items in notes are to be completed at the time of final.
o The Fire marshal's office will complete an acceptance test on the
addition, at completion of project.
o All work/installation shall be compliant with the NCSFC and NFPA
72.
o Call Fire Marshal's office to schedule the fire alarm acceptance test.

Mr. Daniels,
I apologize for the confusion. This location has an existing Vista32 FACP that was installed and currently monitored by
another company. The system only has 13 heat detectors installed in the warehouse. Our intention is to take over
monitoring/maintenance of the existing fire alarm system. The only change in the existing design is we are adding a
smoke detector at the panel to meet NFPA requirements.
