This structure was condemned in the summer of 2017 by Ken Slattum and Mike Rearic. It was originally constructed as a garage on the end of a doublewide manufactured home. Sometime between
2005 and 2010, the roof was removed from the garage, a story was added, and an apartment put in. All of this was done without permits. A complaint was made on this structure in 2017,
and upon inspection it was found to have so many code violations, it was condemned. The owner Judith David, and a gentleman by the name of Dwayne Sea are now trying to bring it up to
code so that it may be sold. Apparently there are several issues with the structure to the point that either through Engineers, or removing all finish materials for inspection, will
they be able to move forward.
