Dear Ms. Brock,
Please see the enclosed permit application for the tower at the above address. AT&T will be
swapping out 3 existing antennas with 3 new antennas, as well as adding 3 existing radios to
the tower. The radios will be added to existing mounts behind existing antennas. There will
be no change to the height of the tower, no change to the existing compound, and no new
electrical bonding being done.All lines running up the tower will be terminating in existing
equipment on both ends.
Also enclosed is one copy of the construction Drawings and one copy of the structural
analysis. A check will be sent to you in a separate envelope from our main office. The plans
have also been sent to CityScape for their review.
