Notes11/2/17 – I spoke with Mike Freeman and let him know that in IND zoning you must have a 50ft rear setback when bordering a residential use. He let me know they recently acquired 125ft of the property in the back of the current property line and they were waiting for it to be recorded. I let him know that I would hold off calling in the environmental inspection until that gets recorded and we approve the new site plan. I mentioned that he might have to go DRB and that we would give him a call on 11/3 to let him know the details.
