Dear Mr. Iverson,
A site visit was made on Friday October 13, 2017 to review the situation with the load bearing
wood stud walls that are not fully bearing on the slab in two locations. The first location is the
back wall of the garage and the other location is the front wall of the house at the porch. At both
locations,the studs are hanging%"to 1"off the edge of the slab sn grade of the house. The studs
were analyzed for the loads from the roof or floor trusses at bob locations and were found to be
adequate to support the applied loads.
