RE:Panel replacement at lames Norris Warehouse (Bldg 2).
Mr. Lamm,
Please accept this letter of intent for Tyco to replace the existing FACP at James Norris Warehouse,located 1446 James
Norris Rd(Building 2)in Angier. The existing panel is an outdated and obsolete Vista32. Our intention is to replace it
with a new Vista128FBP. Once installed we will reconnect the circuits for the pull stations and sprinkler connections.
Additionally,during our initial site visit to the location we noticed there was not currently a smoke detector installed at
the panel. We are going to go ahead and provide one to meet NFPA 72 requirements. The new smoke detector will only
have an additional 2.5mA draw.
The job was estimated at 12 hours. So barring any unforeseen circumstances the system should only be down for not
even a day,worst case will be 1-2. Upon completion, per your request, I will send you a report showing all transmitted
and received signals.

I spoke with Bill Lamm at the Fire Marshal's office about an upgrade to the fire alarm system at the James Norris Road
Warehouse. I wanted to confirm with you that my Department is OK with him reviewing their application without
getting a zoning permit from Angier. Since this is such a minor job with no other required building or zoning related
approvals or permits,we'll waive that requirement this time.
