Mr. Lamm, Please accept this letter of intent for Tyco to replace the existing FACP at Bob Barker, located 1446 James Norris Rd (Building 1)in Angier. The existing panel is an outdated and obsolete Focus 75. Our intention is to replace it with a new Vistal2SFBP. Once installed we will reconnect the circuits for the pull stations and sprinkler connections. Additionally, during our initial site visit to the location we noticed there was not currently a smoke detector installed at the panel. We are going to go ahead and provide one to meet NFPA 72 requirements. The new smoke detector will only have an additional 2.5mA draw. The job was estimated at 12 hours. So barring any unforeseen circumstances the system should only be down for not even a day,worst case will be 1-2.
