Beth: Due to the storage buildings location being on the opposite side of the home and nowhere near the system or
repair, and how new the system is, Environmental Health does not need to make a sight visit. The storage building can
be approved. GHB.

Good morning Graham,
Mr. Clarey at 906 McDougald came in this morning to start his permits for a metal storage building. His home just had an
operations sign off in March (16-50040329) and I believe he already spoke with you on not needing an existing tank
inspection. Attached is his application and site plan from today - I wanted to send these over to you for final approval.
