Re: Zoning Compliance Letter--rwin IGA
To interested parties in association with MSM Realty/Erwin IGA:
Please accept this correspondence as an official letter of zoning compliance
determination from the Town of Erwin with respect to the site of the Erwin IGA with
associated Harnett County Tax PIN# 0597 -61- 6743.000.
The subject property is currently zoned as B -2 Highway Business. The current operation
of the Erwin IGA (i,e. Grocery Store) is permitted by right in said district and as such
said operation has been permitted through the standard zoning permit application process.
Further, the proposed operations (Le. Pharmacy, Gas Station, and Deli) are determined to
be in compliance with the Town of Erwin Zoning Ordinance through the standard zoning
permit application process and conditional use permit application process (conditional
use permit for Gas Station).
In consideration of the abovementioned, the current and proposed uses (as stated above)
are in compliance with the Town of Erwin Zoning Ordinance.
