Any transfer fees or excise taxes levied upon this sale or the deed consummating this sale by Harnett County shall be paid by Seller. Seller shall deliver the Deed,a lien waiver and a Deed of Release at closing. Purchaser shall bear all of its own closing costs. Purchaser shall provide Seller with written evidence reasonably satiethctory to Seller that all taxes and assessments have been paid when due. 7.0 possession.
