Please put 16-50038862 on hold. It is a moved house for Phil Avilez. I
spoke to him concerning his existing well for a moved house. I am
requiring him to have the water tested through EH to see if it is
potable or not. If the water test comes back ok, we can take it off hold
and move forward. If the water test comes back as non- potable, he will
be required to come in and get a water tap.
