To Whom It May Concern/Inspections Dept.:
A representative of the undersigned's arrived on-site 7-27-17 to observe and test the
exposed bearing conditions for the the above referenced site. Based on the observations
and testing (DCP) the exposed bearing conditions are adequate for the planned loading
conditions with the exception of an area approximately 1 foot out from the existing
structure that was over excavated to firm bearing conditions (approximately 1 foot
down). This over excavated area can be filled with clean washed stone to the planned
footing bearing level or filled with concrete during the concrete placement.
